Client is one of the world’s leading mobility and logistics company.
• Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow: Solution design, implementation, unit testing, user-acceptance testing and validation.
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other systems
• Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Work directly with end-users to resolve support issues in ServiceNow
• Minor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its application.
• Create business rules, UI policies, UI pages, UI macros, UI actions and scripts.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an analysis/development role for business software (e.g ERP, CRM, HRM, ITSM, etc.) including 3 years of experience as an ITSM Analyst/ developer, preferably with ServiceNow.
