• Oversee the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals
• Manage daily operations of call center team including personnel, scheduling, training, reporting and outbound lead pipelines
• Achieve all individual and team targets / KPIs set by the department (Sales, AHT, QSL/QI)
• Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives
• Execute required corrective/developmental action to remedy deficiencies as required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred
• At least 6 years experience in a similar position. Managerial experience in a Tele-sales environment is an advantage.
• Ability to be thorough, accurate and complete when working, processing or providing information and documenting.
• Strong computer application knowledge with MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong organizational & analytical skills.
