• Overall lead of fully integrated go-to-market strategy and campaigns for both the brand and products to ultimately achieve business KPIs
• Spearhead and drive the localization of the client’s global brand strategy
• Develop and manage execution of all campaigns that are aligned to the client’s business goals and ensure that messaging is clear and consistent
• Lead the end to end management of creative, media and BTL agency partners; responsible for sourcing, negotiating, contracting and designing the collaboration process
• Provide new and creative growth strategies for digital conversion paths
• Continually optimize campaign performance against brand and business objectives
• Write creative briefs and communicate client goals clearly to agencies.
• Understand consumer insights deeply to provide directions on the creative and internal communication (work closely with Regional Brand Communication) that will resonate with the target audience
• Design a clear, attributable and actionable post evaluation report for implemented campaigns
• At least 7 years of brand marketing and go to market planning and execution experience
• Experience in strategizing, developing, activating and driving brand campaigns, BTL executions and consumer promotions; and managing third party agencies
• Proven experience in localizing global brands to local markets
