JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for establishing the e-Commerce capabilities of the Digital Bank
• Take full ownership of the product – its development, implementation, modification, to ensure optimal performance is reached
• Create user stories and draft the entire customer journey
• Communicate the requirements to the developers to ensure a smooth back-end implementation
• Coordinate with the various cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, etc., for support and approvals
• Lead launch and implementation
• Monitor and carry out necessary revisions for full product performanceCorporate Audit Services
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Graduate fo a four-year course
• At least four years of experience in eCommerce
• Confident, highly articulate, and can work under pressure
