- B.S. Management or any related
discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4 years experience
in the financial services industry (preferably a mutual fund or
unit investment trust fund set-up).
- Minimum of 2 years (preferably
3) as sales manager/supervisor in the same industry.
- Develop and expand portfolio
(partner/distributor).
- Create an active pipeline
(distributors/agents).
- Conduct sales performance
reviews (third party distributors).
- Collaborate with marketing
practitioners (like himself) and marketing officers to formulate
the Strategic Marketing Plan and Branding Strategy of the
business.
- Build channels and
distribution mechanisms (call centers, internet, branch sales)
- Implement sales and product
training for front-liners
