• A relevant undergraduate degree, preferably with MBA
• With more than 15 years of experience in planning, building, and marketing property projects

• Ensures that assigned project is delivered to the customers with the highest construction quality, within the committed time and the approved budget.
• Evaluates and monitors status of project in terms of physical accomplishments (construction stage) / quality, budget and cost, and schedule.
• Resolves design and construction issues.
• Leads and provides technical inputs to the Project Technical Team during conceptual, design and construction stages of the project.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferably with Post Graduate units but not required.
• At least 10 year(s) of extensive work experience in project management, construction, landscaping or operations.
• Strong leadership, project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very good interpersonal skills with a wide variety of contacts and clients.

• Graduate of Engineering Course
• With at least 5 years of managerial experience
• Extensive background in procurement
• Preferably with experience in Warehouse and Inventory, and Logistics- Import and Export Management
• Exposed to working across multiple business environments
• Has experience with PEZA documentation and requirements
