Human Resource Manager
  • Minimum of 7 years HR related work experience and at least 3 years of which are in a managerial capacity

  • Has at least 2 years experience in managing and directly leading a team of 5 in HR department

  • Should have strong exposure/experience on the functional areas as follows:
  • Performance, Resource and Client Management
  • Employee Relations
  • Career Counseling
  • Labor Relations
  • Training and Development
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Must have experience gained in industries such as Information Technology; High Volume Outsourcing, Manufacturing and Financial Institutions and Semiconductors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Directly reporting to the Senior Manager in the Philippines
  • Work schedule is night shift
  • The person must be flexible in terms of location as he/she will be required to transfer from one site to another

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS HEAD
  • Minimum of 10 years extensive experience in compensation and at least 8 years of which are into program design and development, 5 years into team management and 5 years in a large global, multi-cultural and virtual work environment
  • Must have experience in an outsized multi-national company
  • Should have intensive knowledge of compensation strategy, best practice, design and operations
  • Has good understanding of Philippines reward practices, trends and issues
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across different functions and levels
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to effectively interface with multiple cultures
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, project and time-management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, problem-solving and conflict management skills

  • Directly reporting to the Human Resource Director in the Philippines
  • Work schedule is regular with some adjustments requiring to be made to accommodate some meetings or calls
  • The position will be based in Makati but must be flexible to attend meetings elsewhere and international travel may be required from time to time but not frequent

RESOURCING TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
  • Minimum of 2 and a half years of related work experience in doing administrative function/has good admin. background
  • Proactive and has ability to use own initiative
  • Systematic and highly organized
  • Exposed and willing to do repetitive tasks
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • He/she must be willing to report for work following UK hours (mid shift)
