Any Bachelor's degree in
Psychology or Human Resources Management or other related
fields.; Preferably has a post graduate degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Industrial/Labor
Relations

At least 10years of experience in
Human Resources Management, at least 8 years of which in
managerial capacity.

Demonstrated track record in driving
concrete HR initiatives, strong experience in Recruitment and
Selection, Training Organizational Development and the capacity
to lead institutional change efforts

Can facilitate planning discussions
and deliberations among high level management. Can facilitate
resolution of organizational issues and recommend effective
organization development intervention programs to improve
organizational effectiveness
-
Strong customer service focus, has
the ability to plan, direct and coordinate human resources
management activities to maximize the strategic use of human
resources
-
Excellent oral, written and
presentation skills, creative, resourceful and professionally
mature.

Team Leader for Compensation and Benefits |
-
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and
Human Resources Management or any related field

With more than 5 years of leadership
experience in compensation and benefits gained from top HR
consulting firms and/or top multinational companies.
-
With strong experience in job
evaluation, compensation and benefits surveys, salary review
processes, salary structure, compensation administration and
development, career laddering, benefits program administration
and management as well as government benefits administration,
among others.
-
Strong/sufficient
background in labor/employee relations.

Preferably has background in
Organizational Development
-
Very good interpersonal and
presentation skills and can relate to people from different
cultural background
-
High level of maturity and
professionalism with unquestionable integrity and character,
-
Has strong sense of customer
orientation and a good policy guardian, leadership skills that
can lead work groups effectively
-
A good team player who is self
reliant with good aptitude for support work
-
Resourceful,
pro-active and independent-minded
-
strong self motivation to work in a
highly performance drive and results oriented environment
