•    Identify important and timely topics for Institutional Investors and developing materials to assist them to better perform their roles which will include, asset allocation, investment policy, and equity return analysis.
•    Macroeconomics, Global Financial Markets, Asset Allocation, Portfolio Construction Process, Bank’s products and platforms, Critical thinking and ability to express communicate complicated ideas,
•    Proficient in analytical tools especially  Bloomberg, Articulate research and implement in portfolio context

JOB QUALIFICATION

•    Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, CPA, or CFA qualification preferred; 5-7 years related work experience preferably in asset / wealth management handling institutional and UHNW investors

•    The job is primarily for generating sales through New To Bank or New to Trade clients. This includes new account acquisition and maximizing revenue growth through business development sales
•    He/She must develop effective strategies for winning new clients in order to generate new income for the Group
•    Jobholder will maintain an active pipeline of new customer leads and ensure an acceptable rate of conversion from lead to customer account and account utilization, complying with minimum customer due diligence guidelines
•    The jobholder is responsible for the aggressive sales and marketing of relevant trade products through customer visits/calls and in coordination with the Relationship Managers
•    The jobholder will be tasked with increasing trade income generated from the existing accounts assigned to him  by an agreed percentage year-on-year, deepening penetration via strategic customer calling, account servicing and business follow-up
•    He/She must maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment: understand audit, tax and legal implications and changes as they affect he customers and the Bank and guide customers on such issues as and when it arises.
•    He/She will ensure completion of all administrative and compliance requirements of clients under his/her portfolio.
•    Successfully complete all global mandatory training courses and post course assessments

JOB QUALIFICATION

•    Must have strong and extensive knowledge beyond Core Trade, particularly Supply Chain (Payable and Receivables Finance), Guarantees and SBLC’s and other structured trade finance
•    Must possess strong customer orientation with keen inclination towards sales and building new business relationships, with ability to interact with business customers at all levels.
•    Sales & Client Management experience at a senior level including dealing with senior executives plus a proven sales record.
•    Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
•    Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
