OUR APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
Our
approach is thoroughly research-oriented, making use of our vast network
of local and offshore contacts, affiliations and alliances, as well as
our rich databank of pre-selected functional achievers in various
industries.
Our
Methodology includes the following steps :

Understand fully the
client's business, strategic directions and plans, core philosophy,
corporate culture, as well as the specific industry in which it
operates.

Understand fully the
job objectives, scope and critical priorities of the position/s
described by the client.

Appreciate fully the
qualification profiles and special qualities of the right candidates for
the position/s (including nuances, etc) based on the job
descriptions and on supplementary discussions with the client.

Develop and implement a
strategy for sourcing the right candidates for the positions.

Thoroughly interview
and render a substantive assessment report of the right fit of the
candidates against the client's qualification profile requirements (
addressing business and functional accomplishments, motivation,
attitudes and potential, cultural fit, among others)

Evolve a shortlist of
at least five equally qualified candidates.

Endorse the
short-listed candidates for client's review.

Client makes final
selection (failing which, we thus revert to Step F and we submit new
additional candidates until client is fully satisfied with his
selection.)

Conduct reference or
character checks on the chosen candidate by speaking with the peers,
superiors and subordinates either in an earlier assignment or in the
present employment, provided this will not be prejudicial to the
candidate.
