Growth Recruit, Inc. (BGRI) is a wholly owned subsidiary and a
division of KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. established together with
KSearch Asia in October 1999. With the idea that KSearch Asia would
address the executive search market, BGRI was set to niche itself to
the recruitment of supervisory or non-managerial, non-executive, as
well as technical positions. The strategy was to focus first on
building up the executive search practice area and deliberately wait
up for the right moment to activate BGRI.
To date, BGRI
is comprised of a team of very capable search associates providing
KSearch Asia the actual sourcing and initial screening phases of the
search process for its various people requirements. Interesting to
note it has already succeeded in hiring quite a number of bridge
construction engineers and accountants for multinational companies.
With KSearch Asia as BGRI’s
captive client as its launching pad, it is now poised to target other
clients and will do so more aggressively in the succeeding
years to come. BGRI holds a bright
future with the challenge of pacing up quickly, or better yet, outpace
KSearch Asia, with the underlying strategy of maintaining a
sustainable synergy between the two.
